The Dusky Quaker or Dusky Apamea (Apamea plutonia) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found from Maine and Nova Scotia west across southern Canada to Vancouver Island, south through Manitoba to Wisconsin and Ohio.
The wingspan is about 35 mm. Adults are on wing from May to July depending on the location.
The larva feed on various grasses.
